This policy applies to Jivaro-operated services that link to it. A product, store, service, or venture policy controls when it addresses the same subject more specifically.
Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using a covered service, the user agrees to these terms and applicable law. If the user does not agree, the user should not use the covered service.
A person using a service for an organization represents that they have authority to act for it. A user who is not legally able to enter a binding agreement may use the service only with appropriate permission and supervision.
Limited permission to use the services
Jivaro grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access public pages and use available utilities for lawful personal or internal business purposes according to their documentation. No ownership is transferred.
Separate licenses may govern downloadable software, code, templates, purchased products, datasets, or third-party components.
Prohibited conduct
- Break the law, infringe rights, deceive users, impersonate another party, or misrepresent affiliation.
- Introduce malware, disrupt service, bypass access controls, probe systems outside the Security Policy, or obtain data without authorization.
- Scrape or automate access in a way that unreasonably burdens the service, defeats rate limits, or republishes substantial protected content.
- Use software or information for harassment, credential theft, fraud, spam, unauthorized surveillance, or harmful evasion.
- Remove notices, mirror downloads, resell free assets as Jivaro-authorized products, or imply endorsement without permission.
Content, tools, and user responsibility
Public content and tools are provided for general informational and utility purposes. Users are responsible for inputs, exports, backups, permissions, results, and checking whether a workflow is appropriate for their circumstances.
Jivaro may change, suspend, restrict, correct, archive, or discontinue a page, feature, download, or route. Availability, compatibility, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed.
External services and disclaimers
Links, payment providers, advertisements, embedded services, venture sites, and third-party software have separate terms and practices. Jivaro does not control or endorse every destination merely by linking to it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, covered services are provided as available without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, security, or uninterrupted availability. Nothing here excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability, governing law, and changes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jivaro LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or business interruption arising from use of a free public service. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot be limited remain unaffected.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Puerto Rico and United States federal law, without adding an agreement to mandatory arbitration or a particular venue. Invalid provisions are limited only as necessary, and the remaining terms continue.
Jivaro may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
Contact and updates
Questions about this policy can be sent through the official contact form. Security reports and corrections should use their dedicated categories. Jivaro may update this policy prospectively when operations, law, or services change; the effective and review dates identify the published version.
