This policy applies to Jivaro-operated services that link to it. A product, store, service, or venture policy controls when it addresses the same subject more specifically.
What can be reported
Product bugs and download failures belong in Product support. Copyright and security reports follow their dedicated policies.
- A fact, date, figure, quotation, version, attribution, or status appears wrong.
- A formerly accurate statement has become materially stale.
- Wording creates a materially misleading impression even if an isolated sentence is technically accurate.
- A source no longer supports the claim or a stronger primary source changes the conclusion.
- A migrated page points to the wrong destination or describes a relationship inaccurately.
Review process
The reporter should provide the exact URL, passage, explanation, and reliable supporting evidence. Jivaro checks the original source, publication context, available first-party evidence, and whether the issue changes the reader's understanding.
A report can lead to a correction, clarification, update, source replacement, archive note, redirect, or no change when the available evidence does not support the request.
How changes are shown
Material corrections should be made promptly after verification and should include a visible correction or update note when a reader would otherwise be misled about the original publication. Minor spelling, grammar, formatting, accessibility, and non-substantive edits may be made without a separate note.
Jivaro does not silently change a material quotation, central result, or major accusation in a way that hides the earlier error.
Disputes and response expectations
Acknowledgement and resolution time depend on severity, evidence, and access to sources. Submission does not guarantee a change or individual response. Good-faith criticism is evaluated on evidence rather than the identity or commercial interest of the reporter.
Use the Corrections category on the contact form for the fastest routing.
Contact and updates
Questions about this policy can be sent through the official contact form. Security reports and corrections should use their dedicated categories. Jivaro may update this policy prospectively when operations, law, or services change; the effective and review dates identify the published version.
