/legal/privacy-policy

This policy applies to Jivaro-operated services that link to it. A product, store, service, or venture policy controls when it addresses the same subject more specifically.

Information handled

Ordinary web delivery can involve an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, referrer, security signals, and diagnostic logs. Consent-dependent analytics may add page and interaction data.

A contact submission can include category, name, email, organization, subject, message, relevant URL, verification result, and related request metadata. Applicant, store, and service workflows may collect additional information described in their dedicated policies.

Contact form and Cloudflare

The contact form uses Cloudflare Pages Functions and Turnstile to validate and route a message to a verified Jivaro destination. Jivaro does not place contact submissions in its D1 database under the initial email-only design. The resulting email is retained under the settings and operational needs of the receiving mailbox.

Do not submit passwords, private keys, government identifiers, payment-card data, health records, or unnecessary confidential attachments. The form does not accept file uploads.

Sharing and international processing

Jivaro may use hosting, security, email, analytics, advertising, payment, and operational providers that process limited data to perform their services. Information may be processed in countries other than the user's own. Jivaro does not sell contact messages as a marketing list.

Information may also be preserved or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and users, investigate abuse, or complete a transaction requested by the user.

Retention, security, and choices

Retention depends on the record: transient security data may be brief, while correspondence and transaction records may be retained longer for operational or legal reasons. Jivaro removes or anonymizes information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to backups and lawful retention.

Users may adjust consent controls, clear local browser data, unsubscribe where offered, or ask about access, correction, or deletion through the General inquiry category. Rights vary by location and may require identity verification.

Contact and updates

Questions about this policy can be sent through the official contact form. Security reports and corrections should use their dedicated categories. Jivaro may update this policy prospectively when operations, law, or services change; the effective and review dates identify the published version.
