Rotate, crop, and clean carefully
Export and reopen to confirm rotation was saved. Cropping changes the visible page boundary but may not remove off-canvas content, so it is not redaction. Whiteout and cleanup tools are useful for non-sensitive presentation fixes, scanned specks, or working copies.
Annotate and add page numbers
