This policy applies to Jivaro-operated services that link to it. A product, store, service, or venture policy controls when it addresses the same subject more specifically.
Our accessibility target
Jivaro uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as an engineering and content target. This is a goal and evaluation framework, not a blanket claim that every page or third-party service currently conforms.
Accessibility work includes keyboard access, visible focus, meaningful headings, descriptive link text, text alternatives for informative images, sufficient contrast, responsive reflow, reduced-motion support, form labels, clear validation messages, and predictable navigation.
- New shared components are checked at multiple viewport sizes and with keyboard-only navigation.
- Automated checks are used to catch common problems, followed by targeted browser inspection.
- Content is written to avoid relying only on color, position, sound, or hover behavior.
Scope and third-party services
This statement covers public pages and interfaces operated on jivaro.net. Linked venture sites, payment providers, advertising systems, embedded media, downloads, and other third-party destinations use their own interfaces and accessibility practices.
Portable Windows software may also be affected by operating-system settings and the accessibility support of underlying frameworks. Jivaro documents known limitations when they materially affect use.
Report a barrier
Use the accessibility option on the contact form and describe the affected URL or product, the task you were trying to complete, the assistive technology or input method involved, and the format or accommodation that would help. Do not include medical records or other sensitive personal information.
- Jivaro acknowledges actionable reports when contact details are provided.
- High-impact blockers affecting navigation, forms, downloads, or essential information are prioritized.
- When an immediate technical repair is not possible, Jivaro will try to provide the information or route in a reasonable alternative format.
Standards and ongoing review
Accessibility is treated as continuing maintenance rather than a one-time certification. The standard and government guidance referenced below are useful public baselines for that work.
Contact and updates
Questions about this policy can be sent through the official contact form. Security reports and corrections should use their dedicated categories. Jivaro may update this policy prospectively when operations, law, or services change; the effective and review dates identify the published version.
