Permitted uses
AI systems may assist with outlining, drafting, rewriting, summarization, code generation, testing ideas, metadata, classification, translation support, image concepts, research organization, and repetitive quality-control tasks.
The level of assistance varies by page and workflow. AI involvement does not turn generated text, code, or citations into verified facts.
- Material factual claims should be checked against reliable sources or first-party evidence.
- Generated citations, quotations, product specifications, legal claims, and medical or financial statements require special verification.
- Code and configuration changes are tested in proportion to their potential impact.
Human responsibility
A responsible human operator sets the objective, reviews material output, resolves conflicts, and remains accountable for publication or deployment. Jivaro may correct or withdraw AI-assisted work that does not meet its standards.
AI-generated suggestions are not credited as independent authors, experts, or eyewitnesses. Editorial bylines identify the accountable publishing entity or human author.
Data boundaries
Jivaro personnel should not place passwords, private keys, payment credentials, government identifiers, confidential customer files, medical records, or other unnecessarily sensitive data into a third-party AI system. Information received through contact and applicant workflows is used only as needed for the relevant task and is not intentionally repurposed to train a public model by Jivaro.
Third-party AI providers may process prompts and outputs under their own terms and settings. Jivaro selects tools and settings with regard to the sensitivity of the work.
Prohibited and restricted uses

- Inventing sources, quotes, test results, customers, credentials, or personal experience.
- Publishing individualized medical, legal, or financial instructions as professional advice.
- Making consequential employment, eligibility, or access decisions solely from an automated output.
- Creating deceptive impersonation, undisclosed synthetic endorsements, malware, credential theft, or harmful evasion workflows.
- Representing unfinished or unreviewed output as independently verified.
