This policy applies to Jivaro-operated services that link to it. A product, store, service, or venture policy controls when it addresses the same subject more specifically.
Local-first browser utilities
Where an app page states that processing is local, the primary file or text transformation happens in the user's browser and the submitted content is not intentionally uploaded to Jivaro for that operation. Browser memory, local storage, IndexedDB, downloads, and the user's clipboard may still be used to perform or preserve the task.
Users should review the individual app page because exports, external libraries, analytics, error reporting, or future server-backed features can create exceptions to a general local-first pattern.
Downloadable software
AutoQuill and Instanciar are portable Windows utilities distributed from Jivaro-controlled download routes. The product page and changelog are the source for current feature and distribution information.
Operating systems, browsers, antivirus tools, proxy providers, and other software used alongside a Jivaro product have separate data practices. Jivaro does not control those services.
Analytics and diagnostics
Jivaro may collect ordinary website request data and consent-dependent analytics about page visits, device classes, referrers, and interactions. Jivaro should not intentionally place the substantive text or files being processed by a local-first tool into analytics events.
If an error report would contain user content, the interface should request permission or provide a way to remove the content before submission.
User control and sensitive content
Report a product-specific privacy concern through Product support and identify the app, version, and behavior observed.
- Close or reload an app to clear in-memory work when appropriate.
- Use the app's reset control or browser storage controls to remove saved local state.
- Review downloaded exports before sharing them.
- Do not process confidential material on a shared or untrusted device.
- Do not assume a browser extension, clipboard manager, operating system, or third-party library follows this policy.
Contact and updates
Questions about this policy can be sent through the official contact form. Security reports and corrections should use their dedicated categories. Jivaro may update this policy prospectively when operations, law, or services change; the effective and review dates identify the published version.
