This policy applies to Jivaro-operated services that link to it. A product, store, service, or venture policy controls when it addresses the same subject more specifically.

Permitted use

Unless a page or file states a separate license, readers may link to public Jivaro pages, quote limited portions for commentary or reference with reasonable attribution, and use ordinary browser functions for personal access.

Permission is not granted to republish substantial portions, remove attribution or notices, sell copies, mirror downloads, imply endorsement, use Jivaro branding as the source of another service, or bypass access and delivery controls.

Software and third-party material

Software, templates, purchased products, and code samples may carry product-specific license terms that control over this general page. Open-source components retain their original licenses.

Names, logos, screenshots, quotations, linked media, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Reference or interoperability does not imply sponsorship or ownership.

Counter-notices and repeat issues

A person whose material was removed may submit a response identifying the removed material, the original location, the basis for believing removal was mistaken, and the contact and legal statements required by applicable law. Jivaro may seek legal guidance before restoring disputed material.

Repeated infringement or knowingly false notices may result in restricted access or other appropriate action.

Contact and updates

Questions about this policy can be sent through the official contact form. Security reports and corrections should use their dedicated categories. Jivaro may update this policy prospectively when operations, law, or services change; the effective and review dates identify the published version.
