Private ZIP delivery, entitlement expiry, download limits, recovery, package integrity, and outages.

This policy is published for operational review. Jivaro will activate and version it only after legal, tax, market, and launch approval.
Delivery conditions
Jivaro issues downloads only after payment reaches a completed state and the private package matches the recorded product version, size, and SHA-256 value.
Private links
Links are time-limited bearer credentials. Do not forward or publish them. The customer is responsible for downloading and backing up files within the stated period.
Recovery
During the recovery window, a buyer may request replacement links using the PayPal order ID, purchaser email, and abuse-protection challenge. For privacy, recovery responses do not confirm whether arbitrary account details exist.
Availability and incidents
Jivaro may temporarily pause downloads during a security incident, package-integrity failure, maintenance event, or payment dispute. Existing lawful entitlements should remain available whenever doing so is safe.
