Translation and Certification Policy
How Jivaro scopes general, specialist, certified, legal, immigration, medical, academic, and institution-specific translation.

This policy is published for operational review. Jivaro will activate and version it only after legal, tax, market, and launch approval.
Request review
Any source and output language may be requested, but availability depends on language pair, subject matter, credentials, jurisdiction, deadline, reviewer availability, and the receiving institution’s requirements.
Certification and acceptance
Certification, translator statements, notarization, and apostille are different requirements. Jivaro confirms the proposed format before quoting. Jivaro cannot guarantee that a court, embassy, immigration authority, hospital, university, regulator, or other institution will accept a translation.
Customer-supplied requirements
The customer must provide the exact published requirement or contact details for the receiving institution when acceptance is important. Jivaro may request clarification before accepting the project.
Professional boundaries
Translation does not provide legal, medical, immigration, academic, tax, or regulatory advice. Questions about the effect or sufficiency of a document must be directed to the appropriate qualified professional or receiving institution.
