Scope

These Store Terms govern purchases of downloadable Jivaro products. They supplement the general Terms of Use and any product-specific license shown before checkout.

A purchase is complete only after the payment provider reports a completed capture and Jivaro records the matching order. A pending, reversed, denied, or mismatched payment does not create a delivery obligation.

Prices, payment, and order acceptance

Prices are shown in the checkout currency and are validated by Jivaro on the server. Jivaro may refuse or cancel an order affected by a pricing error, unauthorized transaction, sanctions restriction, unsupported country, fraud signal, or unavailable product.

The payment provider may apply its own terms, identity checks, currency conversion, or funding-source rules.

Digital delivery

Completed orders receive private, time-limited download links. Buyers are responsible for downloading and securely storing purchased files during the stated recovery window.

A product remains licensed, not sold as source material for redistribution. Access may be revoked after a full refund, chargeback, fraud determination, prohibited redistribution, or security incident.

Support and updates

Unless a product page states otherwise, purchases include 30 days of product-function support and one year of compatible product updates. Support does not include custom consulting, model-provider support, or work outside the product description.

Questions about an order, delivery, or these terms should be submitted through Jivaro support with the PayPal order ID. Do not send passwords or payment credentials.
