Revision and Scope Policy
What counts as an included revision, changed scope, new source material, or additional paid work.
Not effective for production commerce yet
This policy is published for operational review. Jivaro will activate and version it only after legal, tax, market, and launch approval.
Included revision
Unless the quote states otherwise, one consolidated revision round is included for corrections and reasonable changes within the accepted scope and source material.
Changed scope
New deliverables, new source material, changed audiences, new language pairs, new jurisdictions, redesigns after approval, or requests that reverse an approved direction may require a revised quote.
Feedback
Customers should provide clear, consolidated feedback by the stated deadline. Conflicting or piecemeal feedback may extend the schedule and can be treated as additional scope.
Defects
A correction of a Jivaro error within the accepted scope is not treated as optional new work. Report suspected defects promptly with enough detail to reproduce or locate the issue.
