Digital Product License
The license for Jivaro Prompt Workflow Kits, templates, builders, examples, and supporting files.
Not effective for production commerce yet
This policy is published for operational review. Jivaro will activate and version it only after legal, tax, market, and launch approval.
License grant
After full payment, Jivaro grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one individual or one business to use the purchased product and commercially use lawful outputs created with it.
Permitted use
The purchaser may edit working copies, use templates internally, and use generated outputs in personal or commercial projects, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
Prohibited distribution
The purchaser may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, upload to a public repository, share with unrelated businesses, or create a competing template or prompt product from the builder, documentation, examples, or source files.
Third-party systems
Product compatibility with an LLM, browser, office suite, marketplace, or platform may change. Jivaro does not control third-party availability, pricing, policies, or output quality.
Termination
The license may terminate after fraud, chargeback, prohibited redistribution, unlawful use, or material breach. Termination does not require deletion of lawful customer-created outputs, but continued use of the product files must stop.
