Prohibited uses of Jivaro products, service workflows, private uploads, and generated outputs.
Not effective for production commerce yet
This policy is published for operational review. Jivaro will activate and version it only after legal, tax, market, and launch approval.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use Jivaro products or services for fraud, forged documents, fabricated evidence or citations, impersonation, unauthorized surveillance, malware, spam, evasion, credential theft, rights infringement, deceptive claims, academic cheating, or unlawful discrimination.
High-stakes misuse
Do not present unreviewed output as a licensed professional opinion, certification, diagnosis, legal filing, financial recommendation, safety approval, or regulatory determination.
Platform and marketplace rules
Customers are responsible for complying with the rules of marketplaces, publishers, employers, institutions, model providers, and other third parties. Jivaro may decline work designed to bypass those rules.
Enforcement
Jivaro may reject requests, suspend checkout, revoke access, preserve relevant evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, illegal activity, or material policy violations.
