Refund and Cancellation Policy
How Jivaro reviews digital-product refunds, service cancellations, partial refunds, and payment disputes.
Not effective for production commerce yet
This policy is published for operational review. Jivaro will activate and version it only after legal, tax, market, and launch approval.
Digital products
Digital-product refund requests are reviewed using the order record, download activity, product condition, technical issue, and applicable consumer law. Submission of a request does not automatically issue a refund.
A full refund may revoke active download entitlements. A partial refund ordinarily leaves entitlements active unless the refund agreement states otherwise.
Services
Before work begins, a customer may request cancellation subject to payment-provider costs and non-recoverable specialist or setup costs. After work begins, any refund is based on work completed, reserved capacity, third-party costs, and the accepted scope.
Non-refundable circumstances
Jivaro may deny a discretionary refund where the product was substantially downloaded and used as described, the request concerns a third-party model or platform outside Jivaro’s control, the customer changed requirements, or the request involves prohibited use. This does not limit non-waivable rights under applicable law.
Chargebacks
Contact Jivaro before initiating a chargeback so the order can be reviewed. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in entitlement suspension and preservation of relevant transaction records.
Questions
Contact Jivaro before purchasing or accepting a quote when a policy term is unclear or a receiving institution has a specific requirement.
